Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks an experienced Service Planner for their STOVE platform. This role involves designing and improving user experiences within the STOVE platform, a social entertainment platform for global users. Responsibilities include main page design and operation, user information structure design, and diagnosing platform issues to enhance user satisfaction. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of mobile/IT service planning experience and a deep understanding of user needs, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The exact responsibilities will be determined based on the candidate's skills and preferences during the interview process.
Must have:
- 4+ years mobile/IT service planning experience
- Online product/service improvement & planning
- Quantitative/Qualitative user understanding
- Game/Platform interest & understanding
- Main page design & operation
- User information structure design
Good to have:
- Multi-platform service planning experience (web, app, client, SDK, operation tools)
- Game platform service planning experience

#플랫폼기획실은 차세대 엔터테인먼트 소셜 플랫폼 STOVE의 메인 화면/ 사용자 정보 구조 설계를 담당하고 있어요.
우리는 플랫폼에 필요한 다양한 서비스의 더 나은 유저 경험을 위해 고민해요.
우리가 담당하고 있는 서비스는 메인 페이지 설계 및 운영, 사용자 정보 구조 설계 등이 있어요.
우리는 담당 제품의 최적의 사용성 제공을 위해 문제를 진단하고, 과제를 도출하여 유저의 만족도를 높이는 역할을 담당해요.
최종 담당 업무는 채용 과정을 통해 강점을 가장 잘 발휘하실 수 있는 곳으로 배치될 예정이에요.

자격요건
- 4년 이상의 모바일 / IT 서비스 기획 경험이 있는 분
필요역량
- 온라인 제품 및 서비스 개선과 기획을 수행한 경험이 있는 분
- 유저에 대한 정량/정성적인 이해를 기반으로 문제를 진단하고 서비스를 향상시킬 수 있는 분
- 게임/플랫폼에 대한 관심과 이해가 있으신 분
우대사항
- 멀티 플랫폼 서비스 기획 경험이 있으신 분 (웹, 앱, 클라이언트, SDK, 운영툴 등)
- 게임 플랫폼 서비스 기획 경험이 있으신 분
