Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Video Marketing Lead to manage our content creation team and drive our video strategy across YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead a team of 3 in-office editors and 5 freelancers. Oversee brainstorming, planning, and execution of high-quality content.
• Retention Editing: Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content strategy. Research trending topics and collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful videos.
• Content Creation: Work with writers to produce various video types, including tutorials, explainers, marketing videos, and social media ads. Serve as the primary visual storyteller, translating complex concepts into engaging visual content.
• Quality Control: Review, revise, and refine videos from other editors. Ensure consistency in voice, style, and tone. Continuously improve quality and innovate storytelling techniques.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in video production, with a portfolio of 100+ social media or YouTube videos
• Track record of creating 50+ product explainers and marketing videos
• Strong leadership skills and readiness to manage a team towards ambitious goals
• Expertise in YouTube analytics and content strategy
• Excellent visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and people management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15L - ₹20L per annum (based on experience, current CTC, and team fit)
