Job Description
This role at 오렌지플래닛 involves supporting startups and developing global startup ecosystem strategies. Responsibilities include planning and running startup growth programs (domestic and international), researching and planning global (North American) business, identifying promising startups, providing growth support services, and facilitating global expansion. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in global business development or BD roles, native-level English proficiency, and a deep understanding of domestic and international startup ecosystems. The position is located in Gangnam-gu, Yeoksam-dong, Seoul.
Must have:
- 3+ years in global business development/BD
- Native English proficiency
- Startup ecosystem understanding
- Market research & insight generation
- Excellent written communication (PPT)
- Program planning & execution for startups
Good to have:
- North America work/study experience
- Consulting/planning experience
- Startup founding or investment experience

: 국내 유망 스타트업 발굴 위한 모집 및 심사
: 예비창업 ~ 초기 스타트업 대상 필요한 성장지원 서비스
: 국내 스타트업의 글로벌 진출 관련 프로그램
- 오렌지플래닛 글로벌 사업 리서치 및 기획/전략 수립
: 해외(북미) 창업생태계 조사 및 창업팀 Pool 발굴
: 국내 스타트업 글로벌 진출 & 현지 창업지원 서비스
자격요건
- 글로벌(북미) 사업개발 또는 BD 역할 경력 보유자 (3년 이상의 유관업무 경험자)
- 원어민 수준의 언어 역량 보유자(영어)
필요역량
- 국내외 스타트업 또는 창업 생태계 관련 이해도
- 스타트업 관련 기술 또는 산업 Trend에 대한 관심도
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 바탕의 시장조사 및 인사이트 도출 역량
- 높은 수준의 문서작성 역량(PPT)
우대사항
- 현지(북미) 유학 또는 근무 경력
- 국내외 컨설팅 또는 기획/전략 관련 근무 경력
- 현지(국내) 창업 경험 또는 투자 경력
