You should be results-driven Sales Professional with expertise in Experiential Selling/Ticket sales with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and sell our festivals delegate packages, both in the Indian and the International market via B2C and B2B partnerships.
Work on the deliverables for the Delegate package in discussion with the Festival teams
Market and sell Festival Delegate/Experience Packages to existing and prospective customers
Establish and maintain positive business and relationships with the Delegates
Reach out to prospective delegate leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of any query, concerns or complaints raised by the delegates in order to maximize their satisfaction
Achieve the Festival Delegate Sales targets set in consideration with the Festival Head as per the timelines
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
