Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Specialist to join our real estate development team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring the seamless flow of information between our sales and marketing teams. Your primary goal is to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *CRM System Management:*

- Oversee the CRM platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning effectively.

- Customize and configure the CRM system to align with our specific needs and processes.

- Train and support team members in the use of the CRM system.

2. *Data Management:*

- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

- Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

- Monitor data quality and resolve data-related issues.

3. *Customer Engagement:*

- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies using the CRM system.

- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to personalize communication with prospects and clients.

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences.

4. *Sales Support:*

- Provide sales teams with insights and data to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

- Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.

- Assist in lead nurturing and qualification processes.

5. *Reporting and Analytics:*

- Generate and analyze reports on CRM system usage and customer interactions.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

6. *Integration and Automation:*

- Integrate the CRM system with other tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, website forms).

- Automate routine CRM processes to streamline operations and save time.

7. *Compliance:*

- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR.

- Maintain data security and privacy standards.


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales processes.

- Attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations.


*Additional Information:*

- Looking for female candidates only

- This position may require occasional evening or weekend work during peak sales and marketing campaigns.

- The CRM Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager or Director of Sales and Marketing.

- The role may involve occasional travel to project sites or offsite meetings.
