Job Description

As an A&R at 汽元象 Records, you will be responsible for strategy, promotion, content creation planning, and promotional activities for artists. You will be involved in creating new forms of live events by combining real and virtual elements. This includes the production of songs and albums for the artists. You will need to identify the talents of the artists, plan strategies for differentiation, and possess originality and ingenuity to proactively communicate trends. Responsibilities include artist production, artist training and branding strategy, planning and execution of new song and live promotions, coordination of recording and music video production, album planning and production, music market trend analysis, selection of lyricists and composers, and direction of music production sites.

Must have:

Experience as A&R in the music or real artist industry
Experience in production and promotion of artists/VTubers

Good to have:

Experience in label management
Marketing experience in the music field
Artist management experience in the music field
Experience as an artist, either individually or in a band

■仕事概要
アーティスト×バーチャルという新しいジャンルとして、リアルだけ、バーチャルだけではできないライブイベントの新しい形を作り出し、所属するアーティストの楽曲・アルバム制作など幅広くお任せします。
アーティストの才能を見出し、ほかのアーティストとの差別化を図る企画力や流行を自己発信していけるような独創性と創意工夫が必要です。

【具体的な業務内容】
・所属アーティストのプロデュース
・所属アーティストの育成・ブランディングなどの戦略立案
・新曲やライブに伴うプロモーション企画立案、交渉、実施
・レコーディングやミュージックビデオ制作のコーディネート
・アルバムの企画・制作
・音楽市場のトレンド分析
・作詞作曲家の選定
・音楽制作現場のディレクション

必須スキル

・音楽業界、若しくはリアルアーティスト業界のA&Rの経験
・アーティスト / VTuberの制作およびプロモーション経験

歓迎スキル

・レーベル運営経験
・音楽分野におけるマーケティング経験
・音楽分野におけるアーティストマネジメント経験
・ご自身もしくはバンドでのアーティスト活動経験
