韩语电话技术支持工程师-实习生

Description -

岗位职责：

• 通过电话或Social平台形式为韩国客户提供专业的远程技术支持服务。
• 按照流程给客户提供解决方案，并在系统上记录完整正确信息。
• 对于特殊案例及时升级，并与其他团队合作解决客户问题。
• 在规定时间内以最高质量，保证最终用户的需求得到响应与满足，积极关注客户体验并确保客户满意度。

要求：

• 2025应届毕业生，专业不限；
• 韩语精通（母语水平），语音语调标准，敬语使用熟练；
• 熟练掌握办公软件以及网络操作环境； 以
• 客户为中心，能承受工作压力；
• 工作主动积极，有良好的组织协调及沟通能力，敬业精神和团队协作能力，有优秀的客户服务意识，有较强的责任心和进取心.
