Job Description

This role is for a Senior 3D Environment Artist to work on a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing 3D environments, lighting, atmosphere, and managing assets to meet AAA standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stylized material design, SP/SD, UE5 materials and environment rendering, and possess excellent artistic skills, including hand-drawing and next-gen production. Experience with outsourcing and familiarity with industry trends are also necessary. The position requires 3+ years of game art experience and proficiency in relevant software. The candidate will be responsible for the overall visual quality of the game's environment.

Must have:

3+ years game art experience
Master SP/SD, UE5 materials/environment rendering
Strong artistic skills & AAA standards knowledge
Excellent communication and outsourcing experience

Responsibilities:

1.负责输出3D环境美术编辑关卡，地编美术规范，负责灯光搭建，气氛渲染，后期优化，性能提升，达到写实3A游戏标准；

2.负责游戏内场景表现跟进；

3.负责游戏项目内3D环境资产管理；

4.对产品美术品质负责。

Requirements:

1.专科及以上学历，3 年及以上游戏美术工作经验；

2.精通风格化材质设计，精通 SP/SD，精通UE5材质/环境渲染特性；

3.有敏锐的色彩感觉和较强的审美能力，有扎实美术基础，具备手绘和次时代制作能力；

4.有完整的 3D 项目经验和开发经验，沟通能力好；

5.有外包跟进的经验，熟练运用相关制作软件，并对业界新风格始终保持敏感。
