Job Description

The Area Parts Supervisor at Tesla plays a critical role in service operations, supporting technicians and customers. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading and developing team members, achieving KPIs (customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, cost savings), conducting performance monitoring and feedback sessions, resolving escalations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in a similar role, preferably within Tesla. Fluency in English and Italian is required, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region. This role acts as a brand ambassador for Tesla.

Parts Supervisors are the front-line leaders of our parts operation. They act as brand ambassadors, delivering exceptional experiences to customers, managing day-to-day operations as well as proactively developing team members to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Supports Parts Advisors to achieve KPIs including, but not limited to, customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and cost savings.
  • Monitor performance consistently and be responsible for quality within your team, motivate, lead, and inspire the team in continuous improvements and efficiencies. Support from other locations is required. 
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with team members, providing constructive and clear coaching and following up on development training and any personnel cases. Identify any roadblocks disturbing workflow and ensure that everyone has the tools and training to perform their role successfully
  • Ensure that parts standards and available procedures are up-to-date, accurate and that all work is compliant
  • Manage complex escalations together with your team, confidently resolving and defusing difficult conversations across all communication channels
  • Accountable for end-to-end completeness of inventory from, from receiving to fulfillment and invoicing/consumption. Partner closely with the service manager to guarantee we service our customers’ cars efficiently and seamlessly, ensuring parts are available and escalations process are properly followed.
  • Liaise daily with internal teams within the Service Centre including Service & Delivery and local Senior Management 
  • Accurately record parts transactions and data into the system, maintaining excellent attention to detail and escalating any issues



  • Supportare i/le Consulenti Ricambi per raggiungere KPI tra cui, ma non solo, soddisfazione del cliente, produttività, redditività e risparmio sui costi.
  • Monitora le prestazioni in modo coerente ed essere responsabile della qualità all'interno del tuo team, motivare, guidare ed ispirare il team verso miglioramenti continui . Dare supporto ad altre sedi, laddove necesario.
  • Condurre regolari sessioni individuali e di feedback con i membri del team, fornendo un coaching costruttivo e chiaro e dando seguito alla formazione sullo sviluppo e ad eventuali casi relativi al personale. Identificare eventuali ostacoli che disturbino i flussi di lavoro e assicurarsi che tutti dispongano degli strumenti e della formazione per svolgere il proprio ruolo con successo
  • Assicurarsi che gli standard riguardanti i ricambi e le procedure disponibili siano aggiornati, accurati e che tutto il lavoro sia conforme
  • Gestire escalation complesse insieme al tuo team, risolvere e gestire con sicurezza conversazioni difficili, utilizzando tutti i canali di comunicazione
  • Essere responsabile della completezza dall’inizio allá fine dell'inventario, dalla ricezione all'adempimento e alla fatturazione/consumo. Collaborare a stretto contatto con il responsabile dell'assistenza per garantire la manutenzione delle auto dei nostri clienti in modo efficiente e senza intoppi, assicurando che i ricambi siano disponibili e che il processo di escalation sia seguito correttamente.
  • Collaborare quotidianamente con i team interni all'interno del Centro assistenza, incluso Servizio e Consegna e il Senior Management locale
  • Registrare accuratamente le transazioni riguardo ai ricambi e inserire dati nel sistema, mantenendo un'eccellente attenzione ai dettagli e segnalando eventuali problema

What You’ll Bring
  • Preferred experience as a Lead Service or Parts Advisor within Tesla, with a focus on customer interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and innovate processes for increased efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and engage teams toward success.
  • Analytical proficiency to understand and impact key performance indicators.
  • Problem-solving initiative to address issues promptly and understand their root causes.
  • Exceptional communication skills adaptable to various stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, fostering trust with teams, managers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English and Italian, possess a valid driving license, and able to travel at least 80% within the region.

 

 

  • Esperienza preferibile come Consulente Service o Consulente Ricambi all'interno di Tesla, con particolare attenzione all'interazione con il cliente.
  • Capacità dimostrata di dare l'esempio e innovare i processi per una maggiore efficienza.
  • Forti capacità di leadership per motivare e coinvolgere i team verso il successo.
  • Competenza analitica per comprendere e incidere sugli indicatori chiave di prestazione.
  • Iniziativa nella risoluzione dei problemi per affrontare tempestivamente gli stessi e comprenderne le cause profonde.
  • Eccezionali capacità di comunicazione adattabili a vari stakeholder.
  • Impegno nell'apprendimento continuo e l'auto-miglioramento, favorendo la fiducia con team, manager, clienti e stakeholder.
  • Conoscenza approfondita della lingua Inglese e Italiana, possesso di una patente di guida valida e disponibilitá a viaggiare per almeno l'80% del tempo, all'interno della regione.
