Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team at BetheBee, an advertising agency in Kolkata. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our creative projects and ensuring they align with our clients' brand objectives. This is a full-time position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques
• Excellent artistic and creative skills, with the ability to think outside the box
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients, account managers, and the creative team
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in design and advertising

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team in developing innovative and visually compelling concepts for our clients' advertising campaigns
• Collaborate closely with clients and account managers to understand their brand objectives and develop creative strategies
• Translate client briefs into visually stunning and effective designs across various mediums, such as print, digital, and social media
• Ensure the consistency and high quality of design deliverables, maintaining brand guidelines and creative standards
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to nurture their growth and enhance their skillsets
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and advertising to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team
