Art Director

We are seeking a creative Art Director to join our dynamic team at RedLine Games. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in defining and guiding the visual style of our hybrid casual games, ensuring they are engaging and visually stunning.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the creative vision and direction of new hybrid casual games with a focus on the puzzle genre.

· Lead the design and development of game assets, including characters, environments, and UI.

· Drive the enhancement of the game with striking visual effects (VFX) and fluid animations, setting high standards for visual quality.

· Coordinate closely with development teams to integrate artistic elements into Unity, and addressing any technical challenges.

· Guide the use of 2D and 3D techniques to elevate game visuals, making strategic decisions based on the game’s needs.

· Champion the adoption of advanced art production tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve asset quality.

Requirements:

· Extensive experience in art direction within the mobile gaming industry, with a proven track record of successful projects.

· Mastery of Photoshop, Unity, and Blender (or equivalent 3D software), with a deep understanding of their application in game development.

· Solid artistic foundations with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering visually stunning games.

· A collaborative leader, skilled in fostering teamwork and communication, adept at giving and receiving feedback to drive creative excellence.

· Passionate about the mobile games market, with a commitment to leveraging insights for game improvement.
