Position Description
The Associate Producer is a facilitator of communication and a constant source of information and status for the project and team. Working closely with each discipline, within an agile format, the AP will be working with the leads to identify tasks, assign and track those tasks daily. Working closely with the Exec Producer, they will assist in the creation of the overall development plan of the project.
Responsibilities:

Work directly with the development team to drive day-to-day execution of feature development, bug triage, and related QA disciplines such as compatibility, localization, and live ops testing

Responsible to support internal and external teams every day, by attending meetings, providing notes, and following up on action items.

Manage playtest sessions, capture feedback and bug information, and provide detailed information to support designers and engineers on the development team

Responsible for special projects such as submissions and product approvals with licensing partners

Communication facilitator for everyone on the team. Reports to Exec Producer with sprint reports and daily updates.

Creation and update of feature roadmap and its prioritization with Executive Producer

Responsible for defining and testing hypothesis for improving the product

Detailed analytical study of the game including technical performance

Responsible to coordinate and design our strategy for implementation together with the production and game design team, and monitor, assess, and continuously optimize results

Responsible for defining and directly working to develop the product to meet strategic product goals
Requirements
-
To be competent and knowledgeable about all aspects of game development and be able to ‘jump in’ and support game design, balancing and product analysis.

Excellent communication and collaboration with support partners including BizDev, Marketing, QA and Localization.

2+ years of experience in and around a game development environment. Understanding the pace, expectations and process in which a game is created.

Experience with Live Ops and the process of a game running in a live environment

Able to support the game design team hands-on

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and willing to make decisions and take on responsibility for the product

Excellent written and verbal skills

The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
$65,000.00(entry-level qualifications) to $72,500.00 (highly experienced)
This is the pay range the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
