Associate Producer, Marketing (Fixed Term Contract)

At Dreamhaven Publishing, we're on a mission to create memorable and meaningful player experiences by building a new game company grounded in our shared values and unwavering passion. We're looking for a contract Associate Producer to join our marketing team and help us keep our productions running smoothly and get our creative assets across the finish line. This role will work closely with the Creative Services Manager to organize and manage production across our portfolio of games.

This is a temporary role with an estimated duration through April 2025. 

What we need:

• 2+ years of experience within a Production Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager position, preferably in creative marketing for entertainment, tech, or video games
• Ability to track and maintain multiple project workstreams at a time, often with shifting deadlines and requirements
• Highly organized & communicative
• Passionate about video games
• Understanding of creative production process for both static and video assets
• Experience with localization pipelines
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Suite, Airtable, large file transfer and creative review tools, Slack
• Practiced critical analysis and communication skills for translating creative notes into actionable feedback

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the Creative Services Manager to address the varying creative needs and workflows of our games
• Detailed file management and asset organization, including database and spreadsheet maintenance
• Coordinate scheduling between Marketing, dev teams and vendors
• Take detailed notes to help guide feedback and alignment from stakeholders, organizing into clear action items and next steps
• Execute and deliver asset pipelines with localization vendors
• Assist with on set logistics with live video shoots
• Build trust across multiple teams by maintaining open, professional and consistent communication
• Problem solve production obstacles in collaboration with the Creative Services Manager

The base salary range for this position is $74,970 to $124,949 USD per year, which is associated with our Level 2 salary band. The range listed for this position is just one component of Dreamhaven’s total compensation package for team members and exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
