Job Description

Step into a dynamic role within our centralized Analytics team, driving the data strategy that fuels our Digital business. You'll lead an innovative team to deliver insights that shape marketing, loyalty, and safer gambling strategies, directly impacting high-stakes commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Insights & Opportunities: Oversee a team that continuously monitors business performance, spots key trends, and identifies growth areas. Dive deep into underlying drivers to provide strategic insights that shape future business moves.
  • Customer Analytics & Revenue Growth: Leverage customer and transactional data to uncover opportunities that increase customer lifetime value and optimize revenue. Ensure every recommendation is fully tested, refined, and automated for ongoing impact.
  • Campaign & Promotion Analysis: Analyze the success of campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives, offering actionable insights to optimize engagement and ROI. Turn each campaign into a learning opportunity to refine strategies.
  • Strategic Communication with Stakeholders: Present key findings to senior leaders, delivering clear, data-backed strategies that drive business performance. Your insights will help shape decisions across acquisition, CRM, loyalty programs, and customer retention.
  • Customer Journey Narratives: Tell the "customer story" through in-depth analysis of behavior and preferences, transforming raw data into meaningful recommendations that enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. Coach team members to unlock their potential, ensuring they deliver insights that make a tangible difference.

Qualifications

Keys to Success:

  • Experience: 8+ years in analytics; gaming knowledge a plus.
  • Education: Degree in a quantitative field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Python, R, or SAS; PowerBI experience.
  • Leadership: 4+ years managing teams, developing talent, and driving results.
  • Data & Insight: Strong at turning large datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Communication: Skilled at delivering insights that drive decisions.
  • Culture Builder: Creates a collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused team environment.
