Description

We’re looking for a heroic Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Brigade and help us conquer new heights.

As a Business Development Representative at Overwolf, your core responsibility will be to create a pipeline of partners by setting up calls for your team members, in order to integrate Overwolf’s tech across the gaming industry. So, if you have a burning passion for gaming, an appetite for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships, and a creative spark eager to revolutionize the gaming world, step forth and join our quest.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Reach out to new game studios, publishers, and other potential partners in the games industry
  • Work with the Business Development team to qualify leads and set meetings
  • Stay well-informed about the games industry, including new games and trends
  • Craft a compelling outreach strategy, using best-in-class personalization and cadences
  • Carry out market research and competitor analysis to identify attractive new business opportunities
  • Stay on top of the team’s CRM, making sure our data is fully updated and enriched

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in a Business Development or Sales Development role
  • Hardcore gamer, actively playing 2-3 hardcore games
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools or similar solutions to efficiently manage and optimize outreach and engagement
  • A knack for drafting compelling cold emails and asynchronous communication optimization
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to generate new opportunities and build relationships with creators, gamers, developers, and game studios.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication 
  • Ability to work PST-compatible hours at least twice a week
  • Ability to travel 3-4 times a year for international conferences
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and good at providing creative solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to clear dungeons using only water knives and ancient space magic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, positive attitude.
