Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Art Director, Creative Director and Visual Design Director to deliver ground breaking cinematography through aesthetically pleasing camera motion and cinematic composition.
• Lead a world-class multi-discipline Cinematics team.
• Use the industry’s leading tools to shape the teams creative vision.

• Use your keen eye for detail for crafting visually stunning and emotionally engaging sequences.
• Create aesthetically pleasing Cinematic Sequences that raise the quality bar in Design, Art and Animation for AAA Game Development.
• Ensure the Cinematics team aligns with the Cinematic vision established by the Art Director and Visual Design Director.

• Help define and develop the creative vision for a brand new AAA IP.
• Think outside the box, help define the future for our players.
• Become a champion for the game Cinematic vision and concept.
• Work with production to plan out the Cinematics production schedule.
• Lead by example, directly managing and championing the Cinematics team.
• Collaborate with the tech team to develop and maintain the Cinematics pipeline, tools and processes.
