Job Description – CMF Engineering Trainee
Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.
Hours of Work: Full time.

We offer a 2-years training program, this program offers you the opportunity to get to know the various departments, work in multi teams, and develop detailed specialist knowledge, and a wide network. You will primarily work closely with – and be mentored by – our experienced Engineer and staff on the wide portfolio of projects.
Eventually, this program will provide an opportunity to understand your interests/strengths, and give you a chance to choose the area you would like to work in the CMF department.
Your career:
Participate in an 24-months (full time) trainee program in a worldwide environment;
Build up your expertise in the product innovation and manufacturing processes;
Expand vision about cutting-edge and sophisticated technologies;
Master the design knowledges in consumer electronics industry;
Have a personal development program with regular feedback sessions and career planning discussions
Participate in regular training (on-/ off-the-job) and mentoring program
Key responsibilities:
Engineering design, develop, specify and qualify components, modules, products, process and suppliers with project team and external partners, to meet project goal on cost, function, quality and schedule;
1. Work with coach on CMF for new product development/introduction
2. Implement of innovation projects on new material development and process optimization
3. Manage technical project schedule and activities on timely manner
4. Work in a global x-functional team and manufacturing partners/vendors to deliver inspiring sensorial experiences to our customers.
5. Work with key component suppliers, manufacturing partners to deliver product CMF on time, cost, quality and quantity.
6. Document work in internal technical reports and present concepts to a variety of audiences.
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree level is a minimum requirement, and Master’s degree is a plus;
Major in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Processing Engineering ,Chemical Engineering, Physics, Metallurgy, Biochemistry;
Ambitious talents with drive for results, who are willing to go above and beyond
Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English
Understand the data research, collection and analysis skills.;
Verbal and written communication skills including writing technical reports;
Ability to apply logical, practical, common sense thinking to problems;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple colleagues, peers and external clients;
Ability to think creatively and independently and to take initiative to solve problems;
Highly motivated, keep up to date with latest technological development
