Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Communication Associate in our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping and sharing our brand's voice across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating and managing content that engages our audience, both externally through social media and internally within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging static posts and videos that reflect our brand identity. Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that is visually appealing and highly shareable.
Internal Communications Content: Design and produce a variety of internal communication materials, including posters, banners, emailers, and newsletters, ensuring a consistent tone and style.
Copywriting: Write concise and impactful copy tailored to different audiences and platforms, from social media updates to internal announcements and marketing materials.
Research and Thought Leadership: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to create thought leadership content that positions our brand as a leader in the gaming industry.
Ideation and Trend Tracking: Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media and online gaming, and generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotions that resonate with our target audience.

Experience and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design and writing.
Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Skills and Attributes:

Creative Design Thinking: Ability to create visually stunning content that captures attention.
Willingness to Learn and Adapt: An openness to new ideas and the flexibility to adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborative Approach: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and gather relevant information for content creation.
