Job Description
A Concept Artist is needed for a full-time position in Shenzhen. Responsibilities include designing and creating promotional artwork for various game projects, including character promotional art, major version promotional art, game feature-related promotional artwork (icons, background images, high-definition illustrations, character portraits, etc.), and company KVs, scenes, illustrations, character portraits, and posters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong art foundation, excellent imagination and creative design abilities, a keen sense of aesthetics and composition, and a deep understanding of perspective, color schemes, modeling, and creativity. Proficiency in AI tools like Stable Diffusion, NovelAI, ChatGPT, and Midjourney is required. The role demands versatility in different art styles and a passion for gaming with a focus on game design and commercial aesthetics.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in art or related field
- 1-3 years of game art design experience
- Strong hand-drawing skills
- Excellent aesthetic sense and composition skills
- Proficiency in AI art tools (Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Versatility in various art styles

1、根据宣传需求设计绘制各游戏项目的主角宣传画、大主题版本宣传画；
2、结合游戏特色进行相关的宣传绘制，包括但不限于ICON、各类宣传背景图、高精细度插画、立绘等；
3、负责公司KV、场景、插画、立绘、海报等；
职位要求
1、本科以上学历，美术设计或相关专业，1-3年游戏美宣设计经验，需要手绘能力；
2、扎实的美术功底，出色的想象力和创意设计能力，对设计有一定的前瞻性；
3、有优秀审美和构图设计能力，对透视、配色、造型、创意有深刻理解，能精准把控光影及色调；
4、掌握AI相关工具，包括不限于Stable Diffusion,NovelA1、ChatGPT、Midioumey等；
5、原画能力全面，擅长各类不同风格的游戏原画设计；
6、热爱游戏，关注游戏圈设计宣传方向，跟进最前线的游戏商业审美；
7、良好的沟通和团队合作精神，责任感强，勇于接受挑战；
