Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles, with a focus on overseeing the agreement life-cycle.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree or certifications in Contract Management, Business Law, or a related field.
- Experience in managing extended workforce agreement functions or tasks, and overseeing and managing the performance of extended workforce functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with these requirements throughout the agreement lifecycle.
- Proficiency in using contract management software and tools to streamline and automate contract management processes.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management.
- Ability to manage agreements and collaborate effectively with legal teams to optimize agreement processes, including negotiation and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Support the agreement life-cycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Identify and engage with external vendors or service providers to handle specific aspects of the agreement process.
- Draft, review, and finalize agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and assistance in agreement negotiations, terms clarification, and resolving issues in collaboration with outsourced partners.
- Support management of relationships with agreement-related vendors or outsourced partners, ensuring alignment with agreement terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
