Job Summary
Job Description
Trendyol seeks a Legal Working Student for its Amsterdam office. Responsibilities include handling daily employment and corporate legal matters in the EU & Gulf, developing legal actions for EU compliance, managing CLM for non-core business, and managing litigations. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a legal bachelor's or master's program, available for 20 hours/week for 6 months, and possesses knowledge of employment law, corporate law, litigation, and contract management. Fluency in English is required; Turkish is a plus.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Legal Team is more than just a legal team: it's a part of business design and an overall representitive of the company at large. The team provides support in line with corporate law, contracts, labor, competition, transportation and regulatory requirements to meet the day-to-day needs of other teams.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Daily handling of employment and corporate legal matters in EU & GULF
- Development and implementation of relevant legal actions to comply with applicable EU regulations and inter-group agreements.
- CLM for non-core business matters
- Management of litigations, internal and external alignments
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in bachelor or master's study in Legal major, can work 20 hours a week for 6 months
- Have knowledge in Employment Law, corporate, litigation and contract management
- Fluency in English, Turkish is a plus

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
