About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team and help us unlock the full potential of our platform’s data. You’ll play a crucial role in driving insights that inform strategic decisions, optimize user experiences, and continue to propel the growth of our platform. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of digital collectibles, where your work will directly impact millions of users globally.

The key responsibilities include:

• Data Analysis and Insights: Derive insights from data to influence Product and Marketing strategy 
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor trends and that allow for self-serving, creating a data driven decision making culture 
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency 
• Predictive Modeling: Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and predict user behavior
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our tracking, data pipelines, and automated reports 

About You

You will have:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data modeling and analytics. Experience  with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders concisely

Passion: A love for digital collectibles, technology, or gaming is a huge plus!
