Job Description

The Tesla Delivery Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Delivery Advisor team in providing a best-in-class ownership experience for Tesla customers. This role involves managing customer documents (IDs, etc.), coordinating with customs and government departments, and working with registration vendors to ensure timely and efficient license plate acquisition. The Specialist also updates the CRM system, supports the Delivery Manager, contributes to process improvements, assists with EV tax refund processes, and keeps abreast of industry best practices. Post-delivery responsibilities include managing customer after-service requests. The role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure seamless customer transitions.

What to Expect

The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best Ownership Experience possible to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join a world class expanding technology company and assist our Delivery Advisor with document support and coordinate license plates with registration vendor to serve customers and help them to take ownership of their new vehicles. And after delivery the role also need to arrange customer after service as tax refund or other request from customer.

Responsibilities
• Helping Delivery Advisor with customer request.
• Sorting delivery document from customer such as IDs and coordinate with Customs, Government department , Registration partners…etc to follow our schedule.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
• Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service.
• Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back end processes and procedures.
• Helping to apply EVs tax refund process to offer customer service.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
