Summary

As a Digital Data Analyst at Publicis Global Delivery, you'll collaborate with core Analytics teams to understand client media reporting needs and processes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement standardized processes for efficient data management, acting as a Business Analyst to understand business requirements and create documentation for data processing automation. Responsibilities include working with various media platforms (Apple Search Ads, CM360, DV360, Meta, Google Ads, SA360, Snapchat, TikTok) to pull reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and excellent communication are essential.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

Work closely with core Analytics teams in understanding client media reporting requirements and process. You will also work with other cross functional teams and help implement standardized processes and protocols to enable efficient data management. You will behave like Business Analysts who understand the business requirements and are able to produce clear documentation to facilitate automation of data processing.

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Advanced Excel experience – required ability to create pivot tables and utilize VLOOKUPS
  • Experience pulling reports from the following media platforms: Apple Search Ads, CM360*, DV360*, Meta, Google Ads*, SA360*, Snapchat, and TikTok
    • * indicates most important platforms to be familiar with
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • World-class customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understand their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
