Job Description

The Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and executing media plans for clients. This role requires strong presentation skills, a solid understanding of client briefs, brands, products, markets, and competitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively within a media agency environment. Responsibilities include briefing internal teams (Creative, Buying, Traffic, Finance, Admin), managing relationships with media suppliers and clients, and monitoring budgets. A deep understanding of media concepts (iGRP, r&f, effective reach, etc.) and media research software is crucial. The role demands proficient computer skills and excellent English communication abilities.

Must have:

Persuasive presentation skills
Solid interpretation of client briefs
Excellent communication skills
Media planning experience (3-4+ years)
Understanding of media concepts (iGRP, r&f, etc.)
Proficient in media research software

Good to have:

FMCG or cosmetic experience
Experience in a 4A agency

- Capable of being a persuasive presenter to Client
- Solid interpretation of Client’s brief, brands, products, markets, competitors and budget control
- Clearly communicate with clients
- Demonstrate ability to delegate the planning team’s understanding and execution of resources within a Media Agency and it’s relationships (ie brief with A/S, Creative, Buying and Traffic. Invoices with Finance. Paperwork with Admin. Relationship with Media Suppliers, Client etc.)

- Bachelor degree, good English communication and familiar in computer operation.
