The Role
We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative strategist and creative to spearhead the role of Manager, Social Marketing - TAIWAN.
With a leading position of social followers and engagement in Taiwan, we fuel daily pop culture and foster passionate entertainment fandom to a scale that matches celebrities. While we live and breathe Instagram & Facebook, we expand new territories to Threads, TikTok and YouTube- how do we further accelerate the growth to fuel up the fandom and what’s next? We‘re looking for a social marketer who can answer these questions by thinking strategically, leaning into risk, experimentation and by making big bets with the guidance of data.
From global blockbusters like Squid Game and The Glory to local Netflix hits like Copycat Killers and At the Moment, this an opportunity to build social communities and editorials formats for one of Taiwan’s most loved entertainment brands.

Lead the Netflix social marketing strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and YouTube), focusing on audience growth and engagements.
Working with films & series marketing to connect narratives across our titles to craft compelling brand stories that demonstrate entertainment expertise, local relevance, and title/brand fandom.
Leading a social team with external partnership (social/media agencies, freelance, content creators…etc ) to deliver creativity and excellence across our social channels and formats.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners across regional (social) marketing, publicity, content and content partners.
Utilize social analytics and internal data to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Stay on top of cultural trends to foster relevant brand conversations.
A social marketing expert with 5+ years of experience in social marketing or (social) media platforms (ie. Meta, Google, Bytedance)
Solid understanding of marketing and social media analytics. Strategic thinking, making decisions with the guidance of data and audience behavior analysis.
Deep knowledge of social platforms and the ability to craft engaging stories.
Strong leadership, team management and project management skills.
High tolerance for change, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
