The Gerente de Mídia (Digital Focus) at Publicis Groupe manages a team, ensuring performance meets pre-established criteria. Responsibilities include strategic digital planning, generating campaign insights, guaranteeing best practices and KPIs, aligning with the AdOps team, supervising campaign performance and optimization, ensuring Ebiquity accuracy, performing proactive analysis for improvements, identifying and addressing problems, and overseeing quality control. The role requires experience in digital media, team management, business strategy, performance analysis, various media business models, and advanced English. Proactive problem-solving and communication of best activation practices are crucial.

Descrição do emprego

  • Gerenciamento de Equipe;
  • Garantir que as metas e desempenhos  estejam dentro dos critérios pré-estabelecidos e sejam seguidos.
  • Planejamento Digital Estratégico;
  • Gerar insights estratégicos para as campanhas;
  • Garantir as melhores práticas, preços e KPIs digitais;
  • Alinhamento com o time de AdOps;
  • Supervisiona o desempenho das campanhas para garantir a entrega dos objetivos e fornece recomendações proativas para otimização;
  • Garantir que o Ebiquity esteja preenchido corretamente;
  • Análises e insights proativos para identificar melhorias e oportunidades;
  • Identifica e aborda proativamente os problemas para garantir que os objetivos do cliente sejam atendidos;
  • Supervisionar o processo de controle de qualidade da campanha e comunicar as melhores práticas de ativação.

Qualificações

  • Experiência e conhecimento na área de mídia digital;
  • Experiência com gestão de equipe e atuação na estratégia do negócio;
  • Conhecimento e atuação com analise e desempenho de metas;
  • Conhecimento em diferentes modelos de negócios de mídia;
  • Inglês Avançado.
