Job Description

The Integral Planner is responsible for analytical support and timely development of documents related to media investment recommendations, including plans and reports, for assigned clients or brands. The role demands proficiency in media measurement systems (TvData, Monitor, Reader Data, etc.), Ibope TGI Choices/Tardiis, digital planning and implementation, budget control, campaign performance tracking, and media buying and optimization, particularly for TV. Collaboration with the team to identify media insights and campaign objectives is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills, along with advanced Microsoft Office and intermediate English proficiency.

  • Media planning and buying expertise
  • Knowledge of media measurement systems

El planificador integral es responsable del soporte analítico y del desarrollo oportuno de los documentos asociados a la recomendación de inversión en medios: planes, reportes, entre otros de acuerdo al cliente o marca asignada.

El Planner orienta sus acciones hacia la superación constante propia y de la compañía.

Requisitos

  • Prolijo, proactivo, desenvuelto, con ganas de aprender y crecer
  • Capacidad para exponer, explicar y defender planes ante el cliente
  • Facilidad para el trabajo en equipo
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office a nivel Intermedio/Avanzado
  • Conocimiento de Sistemas de medición de medios (TvData, Monitor, Reader Data, etc.)
  • Conocimiento y manejo de Ibope TGI Choices / Tardiis
  • Capacidad de planificación
  • Pensamiento estratégico
  • Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio
  • Dominio de herramientas con carácter de investigación y otras con carácter de rentabilidad
  • Conocimiento de implementación de pautas digitales
  • Conocimiento de elaboración de planes digitales
  • Conocimiento de creación de curvas de alcance
  • Bachiller o titulado de las carreras de Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicaciones.

FUNCIONES:

  • Actualizar flowchats de las marcas
  • Control de presupuesto de campañas
  • Planificación táctica ATL & digital
  • Supervisión de implementación de todos los sistemas
  • Cierre mensual y consolidación del reporte de inversión final de todos los sistemas
  • Colaborar con el equipo en detectar media insights
  • Objetivos de campaña en términos de R&F
  • Realización de brief de campañas
  • Inversión y negociación a aplicar en las compras
  • Realiza la compra y optimización de TVA
  • Seguimiento de las campañas y su performance durante el periodo de emisión
  • Genera la coordinación de planning y pedido de propuestas a los medios
