We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our Marketing team in Bangalore, reporting to the U.S.-based senior supervisor of Marketing Operations. In this role, you will support our EMEA and APJ Field and Partner Marketing teams by acting as the primary business partner and provide them with campaign planning and execution. What you’ll do:

  • Stay informed of the stakeholders’ team’s strategy
  • Build, test, and launch end-to-end Marketo programs and campaigns on behalf of stakeholders
  • Build and manage Marketo forms, landing pages, emails, and other digital assets for lead engagement and data capture
  • Monitor and report on Marketing performance and provide Marketing managers with recommendations for campaign improvement
  • Partner with regional campaign operations specialists to scale campaign production and execution
  • Coordinate with global Marketing Operations peers to standardize and govern end-to-end campaign processes, including intake, requirements gathering, production, quality assurance, and campaign calendar management
  • Manage campaign scopes, schedules, quality, and service-level-agreements against changing and competing marketing priorities
  • Assist marketers with audience segmentation, sizing, and list generation by being an expert on Infoblox marketing and sales data
  • Provide optimization recommendations to leadership based on working experience with people and systems

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Excel, Marketo, and Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales funnel and lead flow
  • Ability to work flexible shifts per business requirements
  • Passion for continuous improvement and learning, as well as for tracking and measuring the impact our marketing efforts have on the business
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE or EE is required; master’s degree preferred

  • Be familiar with the Infoblox MarTech stack and system integrations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MOPS platforms and processes
  • Exemplify Infoblox core values in everything you do

In about a year, you will…

  • Independently execute both standard and custom program requests within the MOPS framework
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on working experience with people and systems
  • Be a key contributor to the success of Infoblox
