Job Description

Simplia AI seeks a Growth Manager - LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to develop and implement AI-driven solutions for organizational optimization. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data to guide strategic decision-making, engaging with clients, and developing comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies. This role requires designing, executing, and managing high-performing LinkedIn campaigns (sponsored content, InMail, display ads) aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate from a top management school, passionate about AI's role in management, a motivated self-starter, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. The position requires availability during US daytime hours (7 pm IST to 4 am IST).

Design, execute, and manage high-performing LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including sponsored content, InMail, and display ads, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
