【Qoo10営業職（ビューティーカテゴリー）】

Qoo10は、eBay Japan合同会社が運営する日本国内向けのECモールです。

特に、川口春奈さんのCMでもおなじみの「メガ割」は、Z世代を中心に爆発的な人気を誇ります。

■本ポジションの役割と目的：

Qoo10のビューティーカテゴリーの更なる成長を担って頂ける優秀な人材を求めております。

Qoo10においてビューティー商品（コスメ、ヘアケア、ボディケア、コンタクトレンズ、香水など様々）を販売する事業者の新規開拓(Qoo10への出店)、および自身が獲得した店舗への広告提案を行いQoo10の品揃え拡充とカテゴリーの売上/広告収入の拡大を推進するポジションです。

■職務内容：

・新規出店セラー様の開拓（ネットショップ/小売企業/卸/メーカー等、営業対象は日本国内のメーカー・店舗）。

・獲得したセラー様、及び既存セラー様への販売サポート/商品企画/広告提案など。

・個人およびチームの実績数値に対する目標達成遂行とその責任。

■必須経験：

・コスメ業界でのご経験、コスメブランド社での勤務経験、またはコスメを取り扱っている企業での勤務経験。

・正社員での社会人経験1年以上

・経験職種不問

・日本語ネイティブ

・Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPointの使用経験

■求めている人物像：

・社内外の対人関係(コミニケーション)を大切に出来る方。

・目標達成意識が高く、自分の目標に対し責任感/危機感を持って働ける方。

・目標に対する「効率」「優先順位」「スピード感」を特に意識して働ける方。

・求められる期待に応えようとする意識が強く、期待を喜び/モチベーションに変え働く原動力とすることが出来る方。

・不問。
