As an Associate Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver required support to the Lead/Sr. Sourcers. The primary responsibilities include managing the Talent pipeline, Handing the messaging cadence efficiently, and making necessary reports to meet the SLA.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off)
Work Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Manage all Sourced Talent Pipeline.
- Track messaging cadence for respective projects.
- Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.
- Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers.
- Pairing with the Sr. Sourcers in the paired Sourcing sessions to develop the ability to Source individually.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering)
- A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing and Candidate Engagement.
- Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role. (ATS, CRM, Trello, G-Sheet etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to be organized across multiple requisitions while responding to a high volume of candidates
