Recruitrix.ai, an AI-ML driven talent-hiring PaaS and an HR Tech Startup, is seeking a results-driven Customer Acquisition Manager for Hyderabad/Chennai/Bengaluru to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. This role involves ensuring the achievement of sales targets through new and existing clients. This specific role requires an onsite consultant for clients involved in RPO. The candidate must have an MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, negotiating offers, and closing candidates successfully.

Must have:

MBA.
3-5 years of Recruitment experience.
Experience in Contract and Permanent Staffing.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Effective planning and communication skills.
Experience in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
Result oriented and ability to work independently.
Good convincing and negotiating skills.
Focus on continuous improvement and networking.
