Your Role :
- Draft premium and luxury itineraries based on clients requirements.
- Coordinate with the HNI Sales and experience teams in creating signature packages and customised packages for HNI clients
- Handle the contracting and negotiations with the top and HNI-preferred hotels and luxury DMCs across the globe
- Handle overall execution across all the stages - pre-tour, on-tour and post-tour of HNI travel
- Assist sales in pre-sales activities including presentations to HNIs and groups like EO, YPO etc.
Qualifiers :
- Good knowledge of International destinations, suppliers, hotels and Sporting Events and specially HNI preferred destinations
- Good rapport with Luxury DMCs across the globe and working relationships with charter and International Airline / premium Hotels.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the similar role handling HNI clients as well as HNI Groupings like EO and YPO.
- Has worked with a known HNI/Luxury travel agency in a similar role.
