The role involves leading the design and development of the platform, promoting experimentation best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals to foster data-driven decision-making.

Must have:

Experience supporting A/B tests at scale for product development.
Expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python).

Good to have:

Experience with software engineering best practices and languages (e.g., Scala, Javascript).
Previous experience with experimentation platforms.
Strong statistical intuition and applied experience in consumer-facing products.

We’re planning to build an advanced in-house experimentation platform. This platform will not only optimize user experiences but also sharpen our competitive edge by accelerating product innovation. We are looking for a (Senior) Executive Experimentation Platform (m/f/d) to lead this initiative from 0 to 1. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You lead the design and development of scalable, self-serve experimentation tooling to meet product development needs
You develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making
You promote best practices for experimentation across the organization
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, run, analyze, and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform
You ensure the platform aligns with long-term business goals and fosters a culture of data-driven decision making

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience You have experience with supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development
Tools You have expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python)
Engineering You are preferably experienced with software engineering best practices and languages (e.g., Scala, Javascript)
Experimentation You ideally bring previous experience with experimentation platforms
Problem Solving You bring strong statistical intuition as well as applied experience solving problems in consumer-facing products
