As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, assisting with project details, and generating new business. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for new business through cold calling, lead generation, and following up on opportunities. You will also qualify leads in Salesforce.com and other databases, coordinate and lead webinars, and meet sales objectives. Department Overview

Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.


Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting for new business by: cold calling, generating new leads and following up on existing opportunities.

  • Qualifying all existing leads in Salesforce.com and all the lead databases and resources set forth by the Inside Sales Team Manager, UK, DACH and Africa that may be generated from sales, tradeshows, tele-sales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.

  • Coordinating, promoting and leading webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager, UK, and Ireland .

  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.


Basic Requirements

What we expect:

  • Native or fluent English and German language (spoken & written) 

  • Great communication skills

  • Customer centered approach

  • One or more years of experience within an Inside Sales organization

  • Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars

  • Preferred Salesforce and Outreach experience  

  • Availability to some traveling that might be required during the execution of the duties
