Job Summary:
DMG is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Contract Data Platform that will lead the strategic development and execution of our platform that powers the ingestion, structuring, and analysis of complex contractual data. This role requires a blend of visionary thinking and hands-on execution to drive product innovation, align cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that unlock insights, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance for our customers.
They will own the product roadmap, define requirements in partnership with Legal, Revenue Strategy & Planning, Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and guide the product through all phases of the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic systems thinker with deep experience in enterprise SaaS, data platforms, legal technology, and is passionate about transforming how organizations manage and leverage contract data at scale.
What You'll Do:
Own and drive the product vision and strategy for the Contract Data Platform, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements.
Identify opportunities for innovation, particularly around AI-Assisted features for predictive analysis, automation, and data intelligence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Strategy & Planning teams to define clear, actionable product requirements.
Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback, industry trends, and internal insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
Define and track product success metrics, leveraging data to evaluate product performance and inform roadmap iterations.
Ensure scalability and reliability of the platform to meet the needs of customers handling sensitive contract data.
What You Need:
6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading data-driven or enterprise SaaS products from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal tech, or enterprise data platforms.
Comfort with AI concepts and how they can be applied to automate, classify, or extract insights from contract data.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives, including collaboration with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Revenue Strategy & Planning teams.
Proficiency in defining product requirements, user stories, and success metrics that drive measurable business and customer value.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including familiarity with data ingestion, normalization, and analysis workflows.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with Revenue Strategy & Operations and Legal toolsets (e.g., Salesforce, IronClad, CPQ) - preferred but not required.
Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or digital services platforms - preferred but not required.
Experience building or managing AI-assisted products, especially those focused on document understanding, contract analytics, or natural language processing - preferred but not required.
