The Data Analyst undertakes analysis on data flows and interactions and how it impacts our data consistency and applications. The Analyst will undertake data validation and input into various CRM systems. They will demonstrate knowledge on data structures, data impacts and validation rules, their key involvement will be to drive solutions and consistency of data and controls, work alongside the Data Specialists and Master Data Leads to ensure end to end understanding and working methods in relation to data.

Key Responsibilities
Analysis of data attributes across multiple systems, strives to ensure data interaction, impacts are known and understood
Drives documentation ensuring data library is built which can develop into data process improvement
Drives analysis of large volumes of data sets
Deliver tasks given related to business processes and reference data on time and to agreed quality.
Owns Issues analysis and resolution analysis of issues, driving short and long term's resolution of issues
Responsible for manipulation of data values across systems and processes and able to produce workable data reporting solutions
Handles the creation of comparison reports across several internal systems using appropriate tools e.g. Sales Force, AAA and CRM for the Data Integrity team
Report generation for management reporting purposes, target and progress reporting
Find opportunities for reporting and processes for our global partners
Documents data process and mappings ensuring good store of materials
Domain expertise of data validations and the associated system and process flows
Responsible for data job processes and liaison with appropriate teams
Responsibility to run the overall BAU, Product and Pricing life cycle and should be well verse with MS office and communication skills to carry out the request from the collaborators
Product creation, Product modeling, Product End of Life and maintenance is also a core responsibility within Product Masters
Ability to understand the different attributes of the Product
Requirements
2 to 3 Years of Experience in CRM and Product creation systems like Siebel, Salesforce, SAP, PPDS, SPM, GPDMS, CPQ
Basic understanding of financial markets and LSEG products
Aware about product creation and maintenance
Graduate or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical, organization and prioritization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Good English language skills are required
Understanding of information technology processes, data modelling principles, development, testing and implementation needs
Establishes effective links and partners to develop joint solutions. Deals with difficult customer (internal & external) situations with a professional and resourceful manner for resolution
Ability to work efficiently within a group of people and communicate in order to complete a set task
Feeds business relationships, partnerships and alliances internally, externally and virtually
Should be flexible enough to work in night shifts
