This role within the Data Solutions team will focus on the LSEG's Strategic Program Quote to Cash, implementing the CPQ platform and migrating assets from Siebel and Genesis. The role involves data profiling and quality assessments to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplications within systems. It also includes developing and implementing data cleansing strategies, collaborating with teams to understand data requirements, using data management tools for automation, maintaining documentation, and conducting training sessions. The role is crucial for improving data quality and ensuring the efficiency of the Quote to Cash process, leading to faster order processing and improved customer billing accuracy.

Job Details

Crucial Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This role within Data Solutions team would closely work on the LSEG's Strategic Program Quote to Cash, implementing the CPQ platform and migrating assets from Siebel and Genesis. CPQ is a Salesforce sales tool which quickly and accurately generates quotes for customer orders. By improving the end-to-end process, order processing times will be accelerated and customer billing accuracy will improve. It will also reduce the sales process administration burden, increase operational efficiency, enable scale and mitigate risk by moving assets away from two legacy platforms to a single solution.

This role would Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplications within systems. Develop and implement data cleansing strategies to improve data quality, including standardization, and validation of data.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand data requirements and establish standard processes for data entry and maintenance.
Use data management tools and software to automate cleansing processes where possible, producing detailed reports on data quality metrics.
Maintain documentation regarding data cleansing processes, workflows, and standards for future reference. Conduct training sessions and mentorship on data quality standard methodologies to team members and collaborators.
Supervise and report on key performance indicators related to data quality improvements.
