The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. We believe in the core principle of Value for All, by leading the transformation of the digital advertising industry so it creates an honest, clear & meaningful value exchange for our people, clients, society, consumers and the media industry. Together with 100 like-minded colleagues we run digital campaigns for advertisers over 50+ markets around the world. We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Meta, Amazon and many others to learn and use the most of those technologies. What are you going to do?
As a Client Lead, you will be responsible for delivering strategic guidance and managing key client relationships across a portfolio of accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client marketing needs are met through innovative, data-driven media solutions that drive business growth.
In this role, you will oversee the full end-to-end management of client accounts, from strategic planning to execution. You will lead the development of addressable media strategies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives. You will provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations, leveraging insights to optimize results and identify new opportunities. Working closely with internal teams and cross-functional departments, you will ensure seamless collaboration and service excellence.
You will also lead and inspire a team of media professionals, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be key in aligning the team with both client goals and agency values. Conducting regular business reviews with clients will be a core part of your responsibilities, allowing you to assess performance, gather feedback, and proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
We are seeking a highly capable and driven individual with a strong background in client management, digital media strategy, and performance analysis. You should bring a blend of strategic thinking and commercial acumen, along with a deep understanding of the addressable media landscape. A proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment are essential. Your ability to navigate cultural nuances and build strong, collaborative relationships will be instrumental in driving long-term success for both the agency and our clients.
What are you going to achieve?
The purpose of the Client Lead role is to serve as the strategic and operational anchor for key client relationships, ensuring excellence across all facets of media planning and execution. As Client Lead, you will be accountable for driving strategic direction, maximizing account performance, and fostering deep, collaborative partnerships. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven, customer-centric media strategies that support client objectives and long-term success.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and consistent performance;
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, including their goals, challenges, and industry landscape;
Serve as a strategic advisor, offering proactive guidance and value beyond executional tasks.
Strategic Leadership
Lead the development and presentation of data-driven media strategies that align with client objectives and business outcomes;
Translate client needs into actionable media and marketing plans that drive measurable impact;
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking, innovative solutions.
Campaign Oversight
Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including briefing, planning, activation, optimization, and performance measurement;
Ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets deadlines, budget expectations, and strategic goals;
Monitor campaign performance in real time, analyse results, and adapt tactics to maximize outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with internal teams—such as media planners, analysts, and creative leads—to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions;
Coordinate effectively with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless project execution;
Facilitate clear and timely communication across all stakeholders to align priorities and ensure accountability.
Business Growth & Opportunity Development
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic recommendations;
Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals, and client onboarding;
Lead regular business reviews to evaluate performance, capture feedback, and align on future growth plans.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver insightful, data-backed performance reports that clearly articulate campaign impact and ROI;
Use analytics to tell compelling stories, support strategic decisions, and uncover new opportunities;
Continuously evaluate and refine performance metrics to improve reporting accuracy and relevance.
Budget & Financial Management
Manage account budgets with precision, ensuring financial efficiency and delivering against profitability targets;
Oversee forecasting and financial performance tracking to support business planning;
Ensure accurate billing, scope alignment, and proactive management of financial risks.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and develop junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities;
Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and accountability within the team;
Champion team initiatives that drive innovation, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
Who are you?
You have 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, with a strong understanding of media planning and buying;
You have strong knowledge in Programmatic and/or Paid Social buying;
You have advanced experience with relationship management;
You have advanced experience with service & solution frameworks & methods;
You have advanced negotiation & influence skills;
You have advanced project management skills;
You have advanced market research skills;
You have a passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
