This role involves managing global live services for new projects. Responsibilities include responding to live service issues, establishing efficient collaboration processes, planning and executing action plans to improve user experience, developing strategies for addressing problematic users, creating service policies for game content and live services, establishing and improving global work processes, planning and utilizing service infrastructure tools, and managing official community channels (Discord, Steam page). The ideal candidate will have experience across the entire game lifecycle (launch, live service, termination), strong communication skills, data analysis capabilities, experience with service infrastructure tools, English fluency, and experience managing community channels.
