Job Description

The Global Solutions Manager will secure the technical win in each sales opportunity and provide technical consulting and solutions for new complex integrations to partners. This role involves building strong relationships with partners to solve their challenges in the gaming industry. Responsibilities include solution design, partnering with product and engineering teams, gathering requirements, defining commercial strategies, and acting as a thought leader in payment technologies. The role requires communication of partner feedback to enhance solutions and improve partner experience.
Must have:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a technical sales context.
  • Confidence working with customers and proposing architectures and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience in entire lifecycle from requirements to maintenance and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment or gaming solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a global organization with complex relationships.

Commercial Team at Coda

The mission of Coda’s Commercial Team is to ensure the success of Coda by committing ourselves to the success of our digital content and service partners.  The Commercial Team achieves this mission by leading the development and growth of global Publishing Partnerships (deployment of situationally dependent monetization solutions to expand revenue and margin for Coda’s gaming and creator partners), Payment Partnerships (execution and management of payment channel relationships that provide access to both payment methods and promotional reach), and Distribution Partnerships (execution of partnerships that expand the reach of distribution,  monetization and promotional efforts conducted on behalf of gaming and creator partners).

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Solutions Manager to secure the technical win in each sales opportunity, provide technical consulting and solutions for new complex integrations to our partners. This position plays a pivotal role in scaling our business globally by partnering with Sales to build strong relationships with our partners to solve their challenges. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technical professional with deep expertise in the area of payment in the gaming industry

Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the solution design and implementation of core and emerging products 
    • Partner closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the product architecture, APIs, features, and how they map to partner needs.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current systems, and define a commercial strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Act as a thought leader in payment technologies, providing insights on trends, methodologies, and advancements in the field.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on Payment capabilities and implementation strategies.
    • Partner closely with commercial teams to ensure all technical issues are making progress, blockers are being addressed, and resolutions are happening to ensure seamless communication and build customer trust.
    • Communicate pain points and feedback from partners with product development teams to enhance our solutions and overall  partner experience

Requirements:

    • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a technical sales context.
    • Confidence working with customers and proposing on architectures and driving business outcomes to all levels
    • Experience in the entire lifecycle from gathering and understanding business requirements to design to technology evaluation to pilot program to implementation to production maintenance and support
    • In-depth knowledge of payment or gaming solutions.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
