The Large Format Printing GBU is responsible for the business strategy, product portfolio and research and development for all HP Large Format Printing products at WW level, including HP DesignJet, HP PageWide XL, HP Latex and HP Stitch printers. About the role:
As a Category Manager you will be responsible for enabling what the business requires to bring these solutions to the market. Today for example, we need to define and implement a Robot as a Service Business Model which is going to be our main engine to generate revenue. Additionally, since we are going to sell thru resellers, we also need to define and implement a Channel Program Guide which motivates our resellers to invest and grow our business and at the same time, fits with HP’s goals maximizing revenue and margin.
Responsaibilities:
Support Senior Product Manager in all stages of the product life cycle with special focus arround Pricing, Placement and Training .
1. Solution Pricing Management:
Manage the internal and external pricing communications.
Ensure all product are properly set up in HP internal systems.
Update pricing documentations: sheets, and models to support sales teams.
2. Sales Training Content Creation
Create and update sales enablement materials, including decks, product guides, and demo scripts.
Collaborate with sales teams to gather feedback and tailor content to address customer needs and challenges.
Ensure training resources stay current with product updates.
3. Supply Chain Coordination & Product Availability
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and alignment with demand forecasts.
Work on demand planning to provide accurate market insights and sales forecasts for supply chain alignment.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Serve as a key point of contact between product, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product, availability, pricing, positioning and sales enablement tools.
Facilitate Feedback Loops: Collect feedback from sales, customer success, and other departments to refine product positioning, pricing, and sales enablement tools.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track Sales Training Effectiveness: Gather feedback from sales teams on training materials and track KPIs, such as product adoption rates, deal closures, and pipeline growth, to improve training programs.
Supply Chain Performance: Monitor key metrics related to product availability, lead times, and fulfillment to ensure smooth operations and avoid delays in product availability.
Monitor Pricing Impact: Analyze the performance of pricing strategies and their impact on revenue, customer acquisition, and market share, reporting insights to the senior PM for further adjustments.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including supply chain, sales, and marketing
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage details around pricing documentation, product setup in systems, and ensuring sales materials are always accurate.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze pricing, market trends, sales forecasts, and supply chain data to provide actionable insights.
Content Creation: Strong skills in creating engaging and informative sales training materials and product documentation.
Project Management: Basic skills in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring that product availability, pricing strategies, and sales training programs stay on track.
Native Spanish fluency and high English fluency.
Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

About you:
We are looking for recent Graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in the past two years in Marketing/Business or Industrial Engineering to join us.
