We seek an experienced and skilled Graphic Designer to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in volume complex global adaptation work, translating keyarts & various visual identities into various formats while maintaining brand integrity. You will collaborate with our entertainment clients to produce high-quality designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the static adaptation and branding of client’s marketing assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Work closely with global entertainment brands to understand their needs and deliver effective design and branding solutions.
- Develop creative concepts and execute design adaptations for a variety of formats including social media, web, print, and out-of-home advertising.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications including filenaming conventions and ability to create and work with templates.
- QC created work with attention to detail before delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our work.
- Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and project objectives, while still having a creative eye for innovative solutions where we can bend the guidelines where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production management, AV production, and creative, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, within the entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume, complex adaptation projects, for global languages and markets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and multimedia design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with global clients is a must.
- Experience working with Airtable or similar a plus.
