Group Business Development Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
The [Strategy] Group Business Development Manager at Smilegate Holdings monitors group business development activities, ensures executive visibility, and provides comprehensive support to the group's business development teams. Responsibilities include reviewing and reporting on major IP agreements, generating global market trend reports through market research and inter-organizational collaboration, identifying global market insights, and supporting the preparation of presentations for meetings focused on identifying new game portfolio additions for the group. The ideal candidate will possess 12+ years of experience with at least 4 years in business development, publishing, or strategic planning. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
Must have:
- 12+ years total experience
- 4+ years in business development/publishing/strategic planning
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Market research & data analysis expertise
- Understanding of IT/gaming industry trends
Good to have:
- Game content understanding & passion
- Experience with data analysis & BI tools

자격요건
- 총 경력 12년 이상
- 사업개발/퍼블리싱/전략기획 관련 업무 중 하나 최소 4년 이상

- 논리적이고 구조적인 문서 작성 능력
- 전략적 사고 및 문제해결 능력
- 시장 조사 및 데이터 분석 역량
- IT/게임업계와 트렌드에 대한 이해
- 경영진 및 주요 의사결정권자와의 소통능력
우대사항
- 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 이해와 열정
- 데이터 분석 및 BI 도구 활용 경험
