Head of Marketing

An energetic and well-respected marketing services team, offering a successful SaaS platform with huge plans for growth and development in the new year, is on the hunt for a Head Of Marketing, to join their ranks and take responsibility for the entire marketing strategy.

This company is known for its first-class services across SEO, Link Building, Content and so much more. Now, they need a well-equipped Head of Marketing, with an agency background to join their team and take responsibility for budget management, team growth, marketing strategy, and business growth.

The right candidate will be well-versed across the entire digital mix, will be a huge advocate for growth, will be extremely data-driven, and will have good relationships with contractors and agencies alike.

Location: Birmingham (1 day per week)

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

• Experience across Paid Media, Organic Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliates and Partnerships
• Must have at least five years in a senior marketing position, specifically related to the growth of a business and handling marketing strategy
• This is also a hands-on role, so the Head of Marketing must be happy to implement campaigns as well as create the strategy
• Agency experience is preferable
• Confident in your ability to create growth strategies and roadmaps
• Happy to be responsible for the recruitment of your own team, including the management of external agencies and contractors
• Excellent data skills, with the ability to create concise reports that will be given directly to the CEO
• Happy managing the top of the funnel, as well as creating new SOPs and processes
