Managing entire life cycle from recruitment to off-boarding
Recruitment: Source, Screen and interview closely aligned profiles for hiring needs.
Operations: joining, documentation, attendance, HR internal data, policies, process formation and implementation, appraisals, stakeholders' management, full and final settlements, background checks and exit management.
Employee engagement: People connect, grievance management, events planning and execution, destressing activities, RNR, timely feedback.
Learning and Development: Should be proficient to fill in gaps by taking initiatives in learning requirements.
Performance Management: Managing employee’s performance by keeping a track, goal setting, feedback mechanisms for improvement and implement action plans when necessary.
Required:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and HRMS tools.
Intelligence in people management and driving results.
Recruitment skills to close within timeline.
Team player
Experience in the gaming industry will be preferred.
Day Shift – 9am to 5pm, 5 days with last Saturday working
