Job Summary
As an Influencer & Community Manager within the Network Pod, you will develop and manage strategic influencer collaborations and foster strong brand communities across digital platforms. You will drive campaigns that build authentic connections and engagement, aligning with the SYNC framework’s Network principle to create meaningful relationships and measurable impact. Must Have
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships across social platforms
- Design and execute influencer-driven campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Build and nurture brand communities through events, digital activations, and online engagement
- Collaborate with Story, Yield, and Commerce Pods to ensure influencer strategies support larger marketing objectives
- Track influencer performance, community growth metrics, and ROI, using data to refine strategy
- Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, creator economy, and social commerce
- Strong experience in influencer marketing, community management, and social engagement
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with influencers and content creators
- Knowledge of influencer platforms, creator marketplaces, and social engagement tools
- Ability to analyze influencer performance and community KPIs to optimize campaigns
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
- 5–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media roles within creative or digital agencies
- Proven record of delivering measurable engagement and brand growth through influencer campaigns
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
