Title: Intern - People Team

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Internship Duration: 6 months

Qualification: Graduation mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Support payroll processing activities, including data entry and verification of employee information
Ensure accuracy in HR documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations
Assist in managing the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees
Communicate effectively with employees and team members, addressing inquiries and providing support
Support the administration of compensation programs, ensuring data entry and validation while maintaining confidentiality

Key Requirements

Any graduate/ post graduate aspiring to work with a Multinational brand like D&B
Prior experience in HR Operations will be preferred
Proactive learning attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic Excel Proficiency
