Job Description

AsRoof Stacks seeks an Internal Control and Compliance Lead to manage various compliance processes including Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Information Security (ISO 27001), IT risk, Business Continuity Management, AML/CFT regulations, and internal controls. The role involves establishing internal control functions, supporting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in audit, compliance, internal control, or KVKK, with at least 3 years of managerial experience. This position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, a solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills within a dynamic, growing organization.

Must have:

Manage KVKK, ISO 27001, IT risk, and BCM processes
Ensure AML/CFT compliance
Establish and implement internal controls
Support internal audit activities
10+ years experience in relevant fields, 3+ years management
Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Good to have:

ISO 27001 certification
Crypto ecosystem knowledge
Experience with crypto asset compliance

Job Description

*Managing the processes for compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

*Managing Information Security Processes (ISO 27001)

*Managing IT risk and action processes

*Managing Business Continuity Management processes, creating Business Continuity plans, organizing continuity tests, and overseeing action and reporting processes

*Ensuring compliance with local and global regulations regarding the prevention of money laundering (AML) and the financing of terrorism, and ensuring necessary actions are taken in this context

*Establishing the Internal Control function and ensuring the required controls are implementedSupporting Internal Audit activities.

Qualifications

*A graduate degree in relevant fields from a recognized university

*Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the fields of Audit, Compliance, Internal Control, and KVKK, with at least 3 years of managerial experience

*Ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously

*Solution-oriented and positive mindsetEntrepreneurial spirit, eager to be part of a dynamic and energetic team

*Strong communication skillsExcitement to add extra value independently in a developing and growing organization

*Proficient in English

Nice to Have:

*ISO 27001 certificationKnowledge and interest in the crypto ecosystem, crypto assets, DeFi, and blockchain technology

*Experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Internal Control related to crypto assets.
