About the role:

As our IT Asset Management (ITAM) Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the lifecycle of IT assets across our global organization. This position involves developing and implementing effective strategies to handle the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets. By ensuring our asset management processes are efficient and aligned with industry best practices, you will directly contribute to the success of our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement ITAM Strategies: Create and maintain strategies, policies, and procedures for effective IT asset management, ensuring alignment with Keywords Studios’ business goals and ITIL best practices.
  • Manage IT Asset Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning, using the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
  • Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and enforce compliance with software licensing agreements and internal policies, minimizing risks and avoiding legal or financial issues.
  • Optimize Asset Utilization: Analyze and optimize asset usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency, ensuring that all IT assets are effectively managed and utilized.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Mentor and develop a team of ITAM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT, finance, procurement, and other departments to streamline asset management processes and support organizational goals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on IT asset status, compliance, and financial performance to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or a related field, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Experience with ITAM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in budget management and cost optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) are a plus.
